  I love the welcoming feel of this new place, not to mention the wonderful food and the superb view. I had a fantastic grouper sandwich (which our waitress assured me was fresh and authentic) and my boyfriend had a huge cheeseburger that he said was probably the best he ever had. We would definitely return to try more dishes (the fettucine with shrimp caught my eye). Service was well-timed and friendly. It really says a lot about a place when the owner takes time to greet you and to see you off after your meal. This place is a must if you're in Astor!

  Visiting some relatives in Daytona and we discovered this lovely little restaurant on a drive to Lake George. We decided to have lunch there as we had the opportunity to sit on the side of the river. It was a wonderful experience. Our server Angie was very friendly and efficient and she recommended the 'gator basket' (the first time I tasted alligator and hush puppys and I liked them both very much!) and also very delicious crab cakes. It was all delightful and it was a very memorable lunch, a very pretty setting. We will remember the Lighthouse Grill the next time we come to visit. :)

  Just had some of the best darned ribs I've ever had - tasty, perfectly cooked and reasonably priced. I left with a full belly and will be back once I have some more room in there. My wife had what she described as an amazing grouper sandwich. Lots of beer choices and a perfect atmosphere where you can eat inside or outside, and no matter where you sit you get a great view. Highly recommended.
